Arsenevich: Philippe Garrel - Elle a passé tant d'heures sous les sunlights... (1985)

Con una mezcla de cinco sueños fragmentados, esta película intenta conectar a través del uso del cine dos acontecimientos importantes que acababan de ocurrir en la vida de Garrel: la separación de Nico, su pareja y musa de los años 70, y el nacimiento de Louis, su hijo. En otras palabras, la muerte de un amor y el nacimiento de otro. Entre los dos hay una mujer, la madre del niño, reencarnada como la actriz Mireille Perrier...

A blend of five fragmented dreams, this film attempts to connect through the use of cinema two major events that have just occurred in Garrel's life: the separation from Nico, his partner and muse from the 70s, and the birth of Louis, his son. In other words, the death of one love and the birth of another. Between the two is a woman, the child's mother, reincarnated as the actress Mireille Perrier...
